Sir, I want to know whether a manufacturer can take CENVAT Credit of abated service tax paid on Freight inward from excise duty payable.

Yes he can, only after he has made payment to the provider of service and the service tax to the government.

Yes I agree with Prity as you have paid the ST and now it is your chance to collect ST so you can do it
