can we take cenvat credit of services received before we registered for Service TAx?

if you availing the ssp exemption of 10 lacs, and not geting registered upto the limit of 9 lacs, then credit can't be availed.
after 10 lacs you have to pay tax also you can avail benefit when you paying tax.
even if you get registration at 15 lacs, u have to pay old tax and also you can take old credit, but not for that period for which you not paying tax
