Assessee is filed on line Registration for Manufacruing product, dt. 26.11.2012, due to some documents pending we got Reg. Certificate for Excise for unit under SSI at 15.03.2013.
Can we take Cenvat caredit as under:
1. All amt of purchsed capital goods
2. Purchase of input from dt. 26.11.2012
3. Sales from dt. 26.11.2012

Dear Sir,
You can avail Cenvat on all CG, Inputs and Input services availed prior to the date of Registration provided you are paying ED on clearance of your final products and Inputs/Input services have been used for the same final products on which you are paying ED.
