Whether Cenvat credit is eligible for service tax paid in respect of Garden maintenance in a factory.

as per service tax rules we can take credit in respect of services to manufacture the final product or to make available upto the place of removal.
hence you can not avail credit of service tax paid for Garden maintenance.
