can i take cenvat credit if service tax charges on me are less than 12.36%
suppose i make invoice and i charge service tax @ 12.36%
but i received a bill on which service tax charged @ 7.42%
so than can i take the benefit of service tax @ 7.42%
please also give the notification detail
