Dear all expert
i am SP and i have raised the first bill on 8/4/2015, but on 2/4/2015 i have paid ST on restaurant bill, please let me am i eligible to take input ST paid on restaurant bill.
please reply soonest

In order to claim Cenvat credit on input services, it must be related to output service.

Dear anil sir
i have output service because i also have raised the bill for my service inclusive ST on 8/4/2015, but i want to know i have paid ST on the restaurant bill on 2/4/2015.
please suggest me as per my above mentioned situation whether can i take ST input paid on restaurant bill.
also note that i had paid that restaurant bill on which ST was paid by me. before the first bill was issued of taxable service in this FY.
