28 December 2013 We have started a new manufacturing business and we are also registered under service tax department. as we are not cross basic exemption limit under excise we are not registered under excise department.Inform us that can we take credit of cenvat on services by registered with Excise department?

2. and i take cenvat credit without crossing basic exemption limit under service tax

1. for get benefit of cenver credit under service tax you need not to register under excise act.

2. upto baisc exempetion limit you not get benefit of cenvet credit.
