one of our client is installing hydraulic loading platform (lift) in the plant for material movement, please advise whether they can claim cenvat on those purchase of LIft

Dear Girish,
Yes, your client can avail Cenvat credit on the Lift or Fork-lifts as a Capital Goods. (50% current & balance in next year)
