Sir please advise me for the following situation
Is centvat credit available for Packing material purchased by Tea manufacturing Company for Excise Duty payable ?
This packing materials used as Tea Pouch

Yes you can take take credit of duty paid on packing material if its has used in factory for production of Excisable product
