Dear Expert, The Interstate sale is covered under The Central Sales Tax Act, 1956. The rate of tax is 2% against Form C otherwise the maximum rate of tax prevailing in the selling state for that product. kindly clarify in which section the said provision is mentioned. I would like to request for your expert view. thanks
