Ceiling limit under the ESOP Scheme

Is there any ceiling limit provided for the maximum number of options that can be issued under the ESOP Scheme based on the current Paid up capital of the Issuer company under the SEBI Guidelines. (For say 25% of the Paid up capital of the Campany)
In case yes, kindly tell me the limit and quote the regulation.
