I want to know the ceiling limit of both Statutory Audit And Tax Audit.
Whether we can do statutory audit as well as tax audit of same company?

Statutory Audit - 20 This Limit of 20 Companies includes:-
a) Public Companies
b) Private Companies having paid up capital of Rs. 100 crore or more
statutory auditor and Tax auditor may be one and same for a Company
