IF AN AUDITOR RESIGNS AFTER APPOINTMENT, WHAT ARE FORMS TO FILED WITH ROC???

File form 23 for EGM though not necessary and form 23B by auditor for accepting new appointment.

No effect of that. No form for resgination prescribed. That is why i mentioned filing form 23 for EGM held to appoint new auditor so that ROC is atleast informed that old auditor has resigned.

Kindly appreciate on resignation no form is required to be filed with ROC.
You may re-appoint new auditor through an EGM by passing an ordinary resolution. After acceptance of audit file form 23B with ROC within 30 days of acceptance.
In this process no form 23 involved.
