when machine spare parts purchase againt cash then if it may go to particular machine A/c or it may Repairs Plant and Machinery A/c

if the expencess are debited to p&l a/c then payment should not be more than 20000/-paid at a single time & if you are added in machineries a/c then this provison is not appliacble
