limit for cash payment in a day not exceed Rs. 20000/- but for transport this limi is Rs. 35000/-

The maximum amount of cash that can be paid against an expense is Rs.20000 per person. Any amount paid above such amount would be disallowed. Where more than Rs.20000 is paid in total to a number of persons than it would be considered under the limit if a single person receives less than Rs.20000 a day.
