Cash payment of Rs. 25000/- for registration fees with sub registrar office to execute lease deed is allowable expenditure U/s 40A(3) r.w. rule 6DD.

still i am not agreed, if we go by rull 6DD (b) it has mentioned that"where the payment is made to the Govt. and, under the rules framed by it, such payment is required to be made in legal tender, Circular No 34 dt. 5-3-70.
