Question:
Cash loan from proprietor name Mr. A transaction accepted in it act.

09 December 2022 Not possible. For proprietor/s, cash balance for business or individual is not very different, being same PAN. So, proprietor can bring in capital by bank transfer, or loan from any relative. For cash loan from different PAN, the limit should be below Rs. 20,000/- from each.
