is it correct to deduct premium received & premium paid(if security premium is not given)?

q.1)No treatment in operating activities unless premium of issue of debentures is amortised which is to be deducted back.
if write off of premium paid against premiumrecd is there then it is correct.
q.2) yes as net inflow is shown under financing actovities.
q.3)financing activities. yes
q.4)no treatment.
