I want to know whether cash expenditure over 20000 is allowed for capital expenditure in same day same party?urgent

In case of any amount paid in cash for purchase of property is allowed (capitalize )under the income tax tax since it is a capital expenditure does't attract Sec. 40(A)3 provisions.

In this case the depreciation on that asset will be disallowed.
