09 December 2015 Dear Sir/Madam,

If we deposit cash Rs.50000/- to employee a/c.what is the procedure of accounting ?

Can we booked in single voucher or making 3 vouchers Rs.20000/-,Rs.20000/- and Rs.10000/- respectively in 3 different dates.

Please let me know..

No one can give loan more than 20000 in a whole year so.
