10 May 2017 We are manufacturer of Gram flour, Peas Flour & Rice flour (Tax exempted goods). We are currently supplying within state limit and we don''t do interstate business. Most of our buyers are small shopkeepers or sweet stalls who don''t posses TIN nos. In this case,can i raise a cash bill in name of buyer for the goods purchased without mentioning his TIN no.Kindly advise.

1.Can i assume as bill can be raised below 10,000 Rs
2.10,000 Rs is the limit per bill or per person.
3. Do we have per annum limit for cash bill

12 May 2017 What are the other details of the buyer to be captured or recorded with the cash bill ?
Do i need to mention his aadhaar no etc?
