If we pay Rs 6,000/- in cash to my part time sweeper.
how could I show this legally ?

07 September 2018 simply make a salary expense entry with cash.. whats the issue in that

07 September 2018 Couldn't get what you want to ask specifically.... but generally entry would be:-

Salary a/c dr..... To Salary payable a/c.......

and on payment

Salary payable a/c dr.... To Cash/Bank A/c........
