28 July 2017 Caselaws are troubling a lot, there are lot of caselaws in studymaterial, pm, rtp and separate caselaws material. how to remember these many caselaws in both dt and idt final,can anyone suggest me on how to study which material to study

28 July 2017 make a section wise OR chapter wise list of case laws.....Do it in hand writing, dont resort to microsoft word.
Keep this hand written sheet pasted on the wall where you sit for study.....
Within a month or so you will start remembering the case laws with the names and section......All the best
