31 July 2012 sir, i am ca-finalist student. my problem is how to write recent caselaw based answer in final exam and in which sequence?

02 August 2012 if you are sure of the name quote the case law otherwise a wrong name will create BAD impression. The sequesnce is straight forward. If, as i said, sure quote the case law and write the answer starting with yes/ no kind of decision. Then give your explanation as per the time management in the exam.
