i was working in mumbai and now m in pune.my account shows some tax demand by AO i WANT TO TRANSFER THE CASE TO PUNE JURISDICTION WAHT IS PROCEDURE FOR IT PLEASE GUIDE ME

you will have to approach both assessing officers - the current AO and the one under which your new address may fall in with an application for change in jurisdiction. However, AO may not necessarily agree to the same
