As Case Laws are most important part of exam but most teachers say no need to remember the name of cases then how can we answer when asked in exam to explain a concept with the help of Case Laws? What is the right pattern of writing case Law answers i mean first para for Introduction then main content and then conclusion, is it right pattern if not can u explain it?

i think it adds value to the answer if u mention the name of the case...
so to get perfect marks u need to quote it...
first introduction, second content, third quote it with the case and then the conclusion should b there with ur views
