11 October 2013 can anybody tell me that is remembering sections and case laws in ipcc imp? and can we describe the answer in own words ? reply ASAP

11 October 2013 Yes, mentioning Sections and case laws can fetch you better marks,
But be 100 percent sure while mentioning it..
If there is a single percent doubt then pls do not mention any section or case laws in any particular answer..

For Example License Company is defined U/S 25. But you mentioned U/S 26.

That will be treated as double impact,
Examiner will notice that the student doesn't know the section number of license co. as well as he don't know about the sec. 26.

12 October 2013 Yes , it is imp to quote correct sec only else you will loss marks and for that u need to practicle more sums then u will quickly rem it also and wirte good legal language and not in own words.
