18 September 2013 How to remember case law names of Direct and Indirect Tax case laws. There are total 235 case Laws in case law book of ICAI.
Kindly help me on this

19 September 2013 There is no special formula to prepare case laws. For understanding of case laws knowledge of tax provisions is necessary.

I would advise you to discuss cases within your friend circle. This will create your interest and ensure better grip on the provision and case law.

However, you can try by learning the name of the case law as a film name and then the whole matter as a story..

Read often the case laws is the only remedy,
However follow the Ins. Journal for the latest case law, in exams most of the case laws are from ICAI journals...
