08 May 2014 Sir,

i am currently working on taxation profile but my interest finance...... now i considering various courses/diploma but confused.. pls advice

1. i should join courses like frm (1 year term)so that i can considered for finance profile...

2. I should join cfa (3-4 years) to master in finace and again moto is same to attain finance profile....

3. or i should do advance diploma in intetnation taxation etc.... to expertise in my current profile...

Do what is of your interest.

To make long term career you should go for 3-4 years course, since doing 1 yr diploma will not reach you at higher level.

08 May 2014 but cant i go for course like frm and on the basis of which i can get a finance profile and along side that i will join cfa.... is that a bad stratagy.... coz if i join cfa and unable to change my profile from taxation to accounts .... than after 4-5 year it will become quite difficult to change profile...
