working in an industry since 2011 and now got offer in Nexdigm ...consulting organisation... Should join or not? My query is it is like a CA firm although formed a corporate but a consulting organisation then if i join this organisation in future can i never come back in industry?

If they are paying you the expected salary join there, no problem you can come back to industry. You will have wider experience. Have a word with a person working there before joining about the environment there and future of the company.

they offerred me ctc of 12.6p.a. and in hand salary 89000/- per month...UAE accounting profile was there but no GST profile and at present i am handling GST of the group...so in future whether my profile will be bad as tax experience will evade out

Your past experience will be there with you on GST. Ensure future of the company and it's working environment. Go there and talk to presently working people and take decision before joining.
