my query is whether a indians accounts and audit service gives a value addition to a chartered accountant or is totally different from CA in other words is it beneficial to do IS & AS after becoming a Chartered acountant or not .

its a waste of time. if you really wish to go into government services try for IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS
