i have a query about the transfer.
Case:1= Mr. abhinav has register his house property on his son name, is it a transfer? if yes, on what basis capital gain will laid down on Mr. abhinav....

If it is without consideration, then it is not a transfer as per Section 49(1). Capital Gain is arises only when there is a transfer.
