professional fees paid for the preparation of the draft of purchasing assets can capitalised to the cost of the premises and shown in assets side of the balance sheet? kindly provide the supporting for the same and sanction?

In case of asset constructed in house then it can be considered as part of fixed asset. please refer the AS-10
