11 December 2012 It is a good practice to capitalise the "vehicle tracking system" Put is under fixed asset.

12 December 2012 The decision for Capitalization should be taken based on the estimated useful life of the asset being capitalized. If the useful life is, say more than 5 years, then capitalize it and claim depreciation over the useful life of asset.
