Software is purchased and along with software, Maintenance of Software for 1 year is also given with some additional cost. Can the maintenence cost be capitalised?

Maintenance cost must not be capitalized in my opinion.

it is AMC/ or annual licence fee then it is revenue exp. not the capital exp.
