10 January 2012 CAN A PARTNER INTRODUCE HIS CASH-IN-HAND AS CAPITAL IN THE FIRM? IS THERE ANY LIMIT OF CASH INTRODUCTION IN A DAY?

11 January 2012 Yes, a partner can introduce cash as capital. But make sure that the cash can be accounted for, i.e., the source from where the partner got cash has been offered for tax by the partner.

There is noo limit for introduction of cash.
