Capital Increase-Urgent!!

The authorised share Capital of the Pvt. Co in Hyd. is being increased from Rs.6,000,000 to Rs. 12,000,000, how much stamp duty the co. needs to pay for stamping of Form 5???
Pls suggest, its urgent.

Dear Priya,
As per best of my knowledge stamp duty on Form 5 in Hyderabad (A.P.) is 0.15% on increased amount so there are Rs.60,00,000 of increase in Authorised Share Capital so stamp duty in your case will be Rs.9000.
