01 May 2009 What about other capital items say for example motor car or any other vehicle since it is not direclty used to produced any product for consumption, should it not be treated as capital goods?. According to me a capital good is the used to generate the revenue directly or indirectly and the useful life of which is spread over a loger period of time genrally more then a year.
