30 October 2022 Suppose I bought some unlisted equity shares in 2012 (paying some amount as expenditure on brokerage) and after 5 years I have sold them (also paying some brokerage).

So back in 2012 when I paid brokerage can I add that amount to the COST OF ACQUISITION?
