1. Father-in-law's loan (taken on agri land for cultivation-turned loss) was repaid by son-in-law. Daughter got the land in partition from her father and later sold it. Can the proceeds from sale of land be used to repay husband who initially repaid father-in-laws loan. Will there be any clubbing provision or any other provision involved 2.Mother sold rural agricultural can proceeds be used to invest in debentures
