04 May 2012 The Assessee entered into an agreement to purchase a Flat in NCR region
in January 2009.

During F.y 09-10, 10-11 & 11-12 Installments were paid .

Allotment was made by Builder in January 2012 & the Assessee is selling the flat in May 2012.

what will be capital gain Tax
