While transferring immovable property to major daughter which deed is best either gift deed or settlement deed.What is the stamp duty and income tax for donor and recepient in both cases in tamil nadu

the deed should be made as per the intent.
If the intention is GIFT, make gift deed
If the intention is settlement, make the settlement deed.
