Amount wrongly transferred to capital gains accounts scheme with nationalized bank. How it can be withdrawn.

You have to prove that there is no assets sold by you and you have opened a Capital GaIN Account and have deposited the amount in that account wrongly. Generally once the capital gain account is opened then it is to be utilised for purchase of an asset and after that the account is closed. How without the Capital gain you have opened the account is not known. Anyhow if wrong credit has been passed then write a letter to the bank and get the same endorsed by the ITo the bank will allow you to withdraw the money.
