06 June 2013 I had invested some amount under the capital gains account scheme in the FY 11-12.Noe i want to withdraw the amount to buy a house property.Is a CA certificate required to be submitted in the bank to withdraw the money.

06 June 2013 CA certificate is not required. Application in Form C has to be given to bank in respect of first withdrawal.

06 June 2013 Is a confirmation from the IT dept required to withdraw the amount.

06 June 2013 No need for partial withdrawal. But for closing the account certificate from the ITO is mandatory.
