18 September 2012 A house is purchased 10 years ago for Rs.150000, however at that time registry was made of land only.now today house is sold for rs.1500000. How the COA and Capital gain will be computed ? how this transaction will be excuted ?

18 September 2012 HOUSE... LAND... what is the problem? When you sold house... is it with LAND or without LAND? The simple answer is compute capital gain with indexed cost of acquisition (150,000)
