Dear Experts, how to calculate capital gain working (short term and long term ) on mutual fund (debt,equity ,liquid) . Please guide me in detail. The said investment started from year 2005 dividend got reinvested till closure of mutual fund. new investment and redemption also done between 2005 to 2014 and before the end of 2014 company has redeemed all unit. Please tell me how to do the working for short term capital gain and long term capital gain and also indexation.
