can landlord claim deduction for more than one flat got into consideration from builders by sale of land under sec 54F, pls reply with caselaws vktanna@gmail.com

54F has a peculiar wording of "a residential house' as on the date of transfer. More than one house on such date will disqualify the landlord from claiming 54F.
