HUF has sold an agricultural land which was held for more than 2yrs. Can the Karta of HUF invest the Sale proceeds in the name of copaceners for the purchase of new agricultural land to claim exemption U/s. 54B

Should be invested in the name of HUF as a whole and not in coparcener's name
