Hallo Sir, will you pl. explain what will be the effect on Capital gain tax in case of Debt / Liquid Mutual Funds after implementation of new Union Budget 2014-15?

the holding period requirement for LTCG shall increase from 12 months to 36 months
29 July 2014
for euqity oriented its more then 12 months but for non equity orinted its more then 36 months
