15 March 2025 I had purchased Flats in surat in jan 2014 in 40 lakhs Rs and sold in Jan 2018 in 1.5 crs.and again purchase new house in march 2018 of 1.5 crs.and sold in Jan 2025 in 1.6crs how mu h capital gain I have to pay.

21 March 2025 No LTCG tax liability over the sell of second HP.
